Terms of service
Last updated: 12 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Wulfy and the related Health4Wealth website. Health4Wealth EOOD is registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. By creating an account or downloading the app you agree to these terms — please read them.
We try to keep this readable. If you'd like a longer plain-language explanation of any clause, email us and we'll write one.
Accepting these terms
Installing or using Wulfy means you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms periodically; material changes get 30 days' notice via email.
Who can use Wulfy
You must be 16+ in the EU, 13+ in the US (with parental consent under 18), or the legal minimum in your jurisdiction. Don't impersonate someone else and don't create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is sold through Apple App Store and Google Play. They handle billing, taxes, and refunds per their store policies. We never see your payment card. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled; cancel any time via Settings → Subscription.
Content you create
You own everything you create in Wulfy — your meal logs, photos, posts, comments. You grant us a license to host and display it inside the app, but we don't claim ownership and we don't sell it.
What you can't do
No spam, harassment, illegal content, scraping, attempts to reverse-engineer the AI, or impersonating Wulfy's staff. Don't share medical advice presented as professional guidance — Wulfy is a tracking tool, not a doctor.
Account suspension + termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. We'll give you a heads-up unless the situation is urgent. You can delete your own account any time from Settings → Account.
Disclaimers + liability
Wulfy is provided 'as is' — we don't guarantee specific health outcomes, and nothing in the app is medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, Health4Wealth's total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are first attempted via good-faith email correspondence; if that fails, they go to the courts of Sofia. EU consumers retain rights under their home jurisdiction's mandatory consumer-protection laws.
