Privacy policy

Wulfy belongs to Health4Wealth EOOD, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. We take your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything's unclear, email us — we'll explain it in plain language.
We are GDPR-compliant. You own your data. You can export it, correct it, or delete it from inside the app at any time. We never sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.
What we collect
Account basics (email, name), health data you log (meals, workouts, water, weight), device-synced health data (steps, heart rate, sleep from Apple Health / Google Fit / Garmin), and standard usage analytics (which screens you visit, what features you use). Photos you take of meals stay on your device unless you save them.
How we use it
To make the app work: showing you your trends, computing your daily targets, syncing across your devices. To improve the product: which features get used, where bugs happen. To send you the notifications you've opted into. Nothing else.
Third parties
We use Firebase (Google) for the backend, Mixpanel for product analytics, RevenueCat + Stripe for subscriptions, and Gemini (Google) for meal-scan AI. Each is bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. Full subprocessor list available on request.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction at any time. Most of these are one-tap in the app under Settings → Account. For anything else, email legal@health4wealth.eu and we'll reply within 30 days.
How long we keep things
Active account data is kept while your account exists. After you delete your account, we hold a 30-day grace period to let you reverse course, then everything's permanently erased — except anonymized aggregates that don't identify you.
Kids under 16
Wulfy is not for children under 16 without parental consent in the EU (per GDPR), 13 in the US (per COPPA). We don't knowingly collect data from younger users; if we discover an account belongs to one, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll email you at least 30 days before any material change. The current version is always at this URL with a 'last updated' stamp at the top.
