Anna had a complicated history with food tracking. "Every other app I tried felt like a judge," she says. "I'd skip a day and feel guilty, then delete the app." Wulfy was an experiment after a friend kept talking about her wolf cub.
The difference was tonal. "Wulfy doesn't punish you. He cheers when you log, but he doesn't sulk when you don't." Anna's tracking isn't perfect. She skips weekends. The streak counter resets sometimes. "And nothing bad happens. The wolf just shows up the next day."
What she's measuring now isn't a number on a scale. It's sleeping seven hours, drinking water before coffee, walking to work twice a week. "I'm not losing weight," she says. "I'm gaining habits. Wulfy didn't change my body. He changed how I show up."
